You need to become a member (don't worry it's free) just click here to sign up. Members are required to pay for the goods at time of ordering either by using a credit card or authorising a direct debit (click here to download the direct debit form). Credit card transactions attract a processing fee of 1.9% of the total cost of the order. Credit card payments are secured using 128 bit SSL technology encryption.
We also have a no returns policy, unless of course the item is damaged or faulty when you receive it. Why? Because for some reason people like ordering stuff they don't need, then feel guilty (or the boss catches them) and they return it. This costs us money and therefore costs all the great customers.
When you place an order we will email the address given to us on signup, or changed by you since, to acknowledge the order. If you want we can also set up your account, so someone creates the order and then it is authorised by someone else. If you want this done contact us after joining.

* Initially some products may not be so heavily discounted but that is part of our on-going negotiations and at LookAt we will be working hard to achieve lower prices!
