Spend less than $40 and a small courier charge of $5.55 will apply. *For free delivery of A4 paper your order must include non-paper products to the value of $40 excl GST or over. If you just want paper, a delivery charge of $5.55 will apply, orders of 50 reams or more will incur a bulk delivery charge as will some furniture items.

As we have over 12,000 products we are still in the process of checking the photos for each product, so for now the product description overrides the picture, eg: if the picture shows four highlighters, but the decription is for one then it is for one.
Goods are paid for when ordering either by using a credit card or authorising a direct debit (click here to download the direct debit form). Credit card transactions attract a processing fee of 1.9% of the total cost of the order. Credit card payments are secured using 128 bit SSL technology encryption.
We also have a no returns policy, unless of course the item is damaged or faulty when you receive it. Why? Because for some reason people like ordering stuff they don't need, then feel guilty (or the boss catches them) and they return it. This costs us money and therefore costs all the great customers. * Initially some products may not be so heavily discounted but that is part of our on-going negotiations and at LookAt we will be working hard to achieve lower prices!
